  • Applicable only to existing customers who want to be our resellers and who have ordered wholesale before
  • The Resell price is available for orders 5pcs and below, and for drop ship orders
  • We will only approve the Resell pricing if you have ordered Wholesale before and we have specialists assigned to approve the discount
  • Resell price is not available if it’s your first time to order. This is to protect the interests of our existing Bulk/Wholesale clients

Retail Prices

  • This is the Suggested Retail Prices of the items. You can use the same amount when selling to your customers or you can set your own retail price. 




  1. For orders 1-5 pcs, we will give reseller price.
  2. There is no minimum order to enjoy the discount as long as you were a wholesale client before
  3. For orders minimum 3pcs per design. You will be given the wholesale price
  4. What if we want to do drop shipping?
  • On check out, just put your customer’s shipping address instead of yours  

Tip: For drop ship orders. Simply change the shipping address to reflect the shipping address of your customer. Billing address should be your own address

  • Shipping fees are calculated per order and per address. If you have two drop ship addresses, create an order for each one. Each order will have its own shipping fee. As an example: 1 order = 1 shipping address. 5 different drop ship addresses = 5 different orders w/ each their own shipping fees
  • What does drop shipping means?
  • Provide goods by direct delivery from the supplier to the retailer or customer
  • How to know the shipping fee rates?

Shipping rates are computed based on the dimension and weight of your order. Please refer to our shipping rate policy for your preferences.

  • How long does shipping and delivery take?

Our Cutoff time is 12PM and will be delivered 1-3 business days for Metro Manila and 3-5 business days for Luzon, 5-7days for Vis/Min area

What if we want to order and ship it internationally?

We have discounted shipping fees via DHL they give us discounts for shipping internationally.
The indicated shipping fee includes all packaging materials and export declaration documents. Depending on the chosen country, some foreign and government fees may not be included upon checkout.

  • Do you accept CASH-ON-DELIVERY?
  • COD or Cash-On-Delivery is NOT applicable to resellers
  • Can I add the products I want in my cart for a long period of time until I’ve decided to check out?
  • Yes, but please be reminded that some stocks are fast moving and putting those in the cart does not mean they are reserved. To secure the item you need to complete your order and check out
  • If 2 customers add the last piece of item in their cart, the first one to check out will get the last piece of the stock
  • Can I add items on my completed order?
  • We cannot alter or edit a completed order or any details provided by the customer during the ordering process because it is bound by the Privacy Policy.
  • Once an order is processed on our website, we reserve the items and start the shipping process immediately as our stocks are fast moving.
  • For additional orders, we suggest processing a new order for them to avoid any delays or confusion
  • How do I know when a product has inclusions or accessories?
  • Each item or product in our catalogue has a product description; it will indicate whether or not a certain product has inclusions or accessories

  • How do I order and where do I find on-hand stocks?

  • What if a certain product is sold out? When do you restock?
  • Once sold out, restocking will take 5-6 weeks. We will update you with all the available items on our Facebook page and our website
