Do I have to be there when my orders delivered?
• Not at all. You may designate an authorized representative to receive your orders on your behalf. In the Checkout page, you will find a field for Authorized Recipient —that’s where you can note your representative’s name so they can receive your orders for you

Can my orders be delivered to an office address?
• Yes, of course. On the Checkout page, simply indicate that your shipping address is an office address. That way, we will aim to deliver Monday to Friday between 9AM and 5PM



Do you offer FREE SHIPPING?
• No, all shipping cost should be shouldered by customers

How much is the shipping rates?

Help! I had in my Cart, but now it’s no longer available. What happened?
• Because our products are in high demand, we operate on a first-come, first-served basis. That means you’ll want to check out the items in your Cart as soon as possible—because, chances are, there are other customers who want those goodies as much as you do. So, if an item in your Cart is no longer available, that means another customer was able to successfully close the transaction before you did. But try to check back tomorrow—any stock from cancelled orders goes back to the site immediately and are up for grabs

What if I want to cancel my order?
• Unfortunately, if the order/s has already been processed, we are unable to cancel them (this also means that invoices are also final and cannot be edited anymore)

I want to edit the items in my order, Can I do this?
• We also cannot edit items once the order has been placed. As much as we want your package to be 110% picture perfect, we also want to prevent delays or mix-ups in the preparation of your order! We hope you can double-check your items before proceeding to Checkout, so that you have the most worry-free shopping experience with us. This policy also applies to items that were accidentally ordered, multiple orders of one item, and requests to combine orders.
